Your expertise in quality control contributes to the construction of reliable and top-notch products.Responsibilities:Inspect materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.Perform various testing procedures on transformers, including electrical and mechanical tests, to validate functionality and performance.Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection results and testing procedures.Use precision measuring instruments, such as rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers, to verify that components meet specified dimensional requirements.Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.Investigate and analyze product defects or non-conformities, identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.Collaborate with production teams to communicate quality standards and address any issues or concerns.Strictly adhering to safety guidelines and procedures, promoting a secure working environment.Undertake additional quality-related duties as assigned, showcasing your versatility and commitment to excellence.
