Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and support bi-weekly payroll activities and related reportingCoordinate employee benefits administration, enrollments, and leave managementSupport recruiting efforts for both operational and professional-level positionsAssist with employee relations matters and policy administrationMaintain HR records and ensure compliance with applicable employment lawsPartner with leadership on onboarding, employee engagement, and HR best practicesSupport workers’ compensation and leave-of-absence processesAssist with audits, reporting, and additional HR/administrative projects as neededQualifications4+ years of progressive HR experience in a generalist capacityExperience supporting payroll processing and HR administrationKnowledge of leave management, employee relations, and benefits administrationPrior experience within manufacturing, distribution, construction, or related environments preferredStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelProfessional, team-oriented, and employee-focused communication style
