OB/GYN Urgently Needed on Michigan s Northern Peninsula; US/Canadian border; Beautiful Area Location: Michigan, Northern Peninsula, Chippewa County, U.S./Canadian Border, take the bridge right into Canada, enjoy viewing the locks and a quaint, friendly community; lots to do and see Setting: Small Community Hospital (9 OB beds) Start Date: July 6 or ASAP End Date: October 1 Shifts: Weekends - 7am Friday through 7am Monday; 24 hour Call is not in-house, but taken from hotel or home (if local candidate) Schedule: Dates Currently Needed (3 months, but more dates could be added) July 7-9July 14-16Aug 18-20Aug 25-27Sept 15-17Sept 22-24 or Sept 29-Oct 1 Requirements: Graduate of an Accredited Medical School Must be Residency Trained in OB/GYN with certification, (minimum Board Eligible) Hold active, unrestricted MI license or IMLC Letter of Qualification Valid/Unrestricted/Clean Transferrable DEA Clean Malpractice/NPDB EMR: Meditech Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days, but applications are prioritized according to start date.
