Parttime Administrative Assistant

Administrative Coordinator (Part-Time,)Newton, MA (100% Onsite)$25–$30/hourTuesday–Thursday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Our client is seeking a highly organized Administrative Coordinator to support daily office operations and assist key staff with administrative, communication, and meeting coordination tasks. This is a part-time contract role with the potential to convert to a permanent position.Responsibilities• Provide administrative support to leadership and staff• Prepare correspondence, reports, and business documents• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and package distribution• Answer and route incoming phone calls and greet visitors• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems• Digitize and manage records stored in off-site document facilities• Support document retention policies and records management procedures• Monitor office supplies and coordinate equipment needs• Assist with scheduling and coordinating staff, Board, and committee meetings• Prepare meeting minutes and maintain corporate records• Support coordination of member meetings and special events• Maintain corporate policy and administrative manuals• Process and distribute marketing materials to members as requestedQualifications• Previous administrative, office coordination, or receptionist experience• Strong organizational and document management skills• Excellent communication and phone etiquette• High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office systems
