This is a 1099 contract role, ideal for a seasoned professional who values teaching, clinical growth, and supporting early?career practitioners. Must come from an anti-oppressive lens that challenges the western mental health industrial complex and focuses on advocacy within systems. What You'll Do Provide twice?monthly individual supervision to approximately 5 supervisees, averaging 10 hours per month Facilitate one 2?hour group supervision per month Offer guidance on clinical decision?making, ethics, and best practices Review documentation, treatment planning, and professional development Maintain required supervision records and adhere to board standards Collaborate with leadership regarding progress and any concerns What We're Looking For LICSW Board?approved supervisor status (state?specific) Active, unrestricted clinical license 35+ years post?licensure clinical experience Strong clinical judgment and grounding in ethical practice Supportive, reflective, culturally responsive supervisory style Contract Details This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Supervisors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and licensure requirements.
