Position Title: Registered Nurse - Operating Room (RN-OR)Location: Atlanta, GAEmployment Type: Travel / ContractJob Summary:Provide perioperative nursing care in a high-acuity Operating Room environment, assisting surgical teams during complex procedures in a Level I Trauma setting while ensuring patient safety, sterility, and optimal surgical outcomes.Requirements:Active Registered Nurse (RN) license requiredPrevious travel nursing experience requiredLevel I Trauma OR experience requiredStrong OR clinical skills required (high skills checklist rating preferred)Burn experience preferredAbility to work in high-acuity surgical environmentStrong critical thinking and rapid response skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesExperience working with complex surgical cases requiredResponsibilities:Provide perioperative nursing care before, during, and after surgical proceduresAssist surgeons and anesthesia teams during operationsMaintain sterile field and OR safety standardsMonitor patient condition throughout surgical proceduresPrepare operating rooms and surgical instrumentsEnsure proper documentation in EMR systemsCollaborate with multidisciplinary surgical teamsRespond to intraoperative emergencies as neededSupport patient safety protocols and infection control standardsSchedule Details:Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PMIncludes call, weekends, and holidaysNo block schedulingFor more details reach at dparmar@navitashealth.comAbout Company:
