The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks such as coordinating schedules, managing correspondence, and maintaining organized records. Additional responsibilities include providing executive support, answering and routing calls, and performing a variety of clerical duties to ensure efficient office operations. The Administrative Assistant will support internal teams and maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with clients and staff.QualificationsProficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including managing schedules, record-keeping, and office operationsStrong Communication skills and Phone Etiquette to interact effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholdersExperience with Executive Administrative Assistance and the ability to provide high-level support to leadershipProficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling softwareHighly organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain attention to detailExcellent problem-solving abilities and time management skillsProfessional demeanor and interpersonal skills suitable for client-facing interactionsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or relevant education is a plusPrior experience in the real estate sector is beneficialFluency in both English and Spanish, including written and verbal communication, is required
