NDT Level II Radiographic Inspector

Danville Metal Stamping Co., Inc. is hiring for an NDT Level II Radiographic Inspector for 3rd shift. NDT Level II Radiographic Inspectors are responsible for the verification of aerospace part specifications utilizing x-ray and other inspection equipment.Essential functions of the position include:Use of x-ray and inspection equipment to complete final and in-process product inspection to DMS and customer requirementsMaintain lab and inspection recordsDaily use of computer programs, including, but not limited to Microsoft Office and IFSDaily communication with employees at all levels of the organizationDaily housekeeping/6S dutiesLifting up to 50lbs. with or without reasonable accommodationWalking and/or standing 8 or more hours per shiftAll other duties as assignedQualifications for the position include:Prior education, experience, or certification in x-ray, manufacturing inspection processes, or related field is preferred - required training for applicable certifications with be provided to selected candidateDemonstrated understanding of manufacturing processes is preferredPrior experience with blueprint reading is preferredDemonstrated computer skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and detailed-oriented environment Compensation and Benefits Summary:Pay Range: $18.00-$20.00/hour (prior to successful certification completion)Comprehensive Benefits package that includes:Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, and Vision InsuranceCompany Paid Life Insurance401K Plan with Company MatchPaid HolidaysPaid Time Off$.80/hr. increase after successful completion of 90 days of employmentShift DifferentialThe above listed pay range and benefits are a good faith estimate by Danville Metal Stamping Co., Inc. for the position at the time of posting.
