This individual will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality.This role requires a proactive leader who can manage multiple job sites, drive productivity, and foster strong collaboration among field teams, subcontractors, and project managers.Key Responsibilities:Lead all on-site construction activities acrossmultiple projectsPlan, organize, and coordinate work to maximize crewproductivity and equipment utilizationEnsure projects are completed on schedule and withinbudgetEnforce corporate safety programs and maintaincompliance with all safety and regulatory requirementsConduct regular site inspections to ensure qualitycontrol and adherence to specificationsCollaborate closely with Project Managers to align onlabor, equipment, and project needsSupervise, mentor, and develop foremen and field staff,promoting a strong team cultureManage subcontractors and ensure performance standardsare metIdentify and resolve issues proactively to minimizeproject disruptionsMaintain clear communication across all stakeholders,including field teams and leadershipImplement cost-effective construction strategies andfield management practicesRequirementsQualifications:Minimum of 7 years of commercial constructionexperienceAt least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership roleStrong ability to read and interpret constructiondrawings and specificationsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel,Word)Proven ability to manage multiple projects andpriorities simultaneouslyStrong leadership, communication, and organizationalskillsHigh School Diploma or equivalent (relevant experiencemay substitute for education)Additional Requirements:Willingness to travel between job sites, includingthroughout Virginia, Maryland, and the broader Metro DC region as neededFlexible schedule, including occasional evenings andweekendsReliable transportationPhysical ability to work on active construction sites(including climbing, standing, and working in varying environmentalconditions)Commitment to safety, professionalism, and continuouslearningSpanish language proficiency is a plusBenefitsCompetitive base salary ($125,000–$175,000)Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) – ownership stakein the companyComprehensive benefits package (medical, dental,vision)Paid time off and holidaysOpportunities for career advancement and leadershipdevelopmentStrong, team-oriented company culture focused onlong-term success
