Projects range from mid-sized renovations to large-scale ground-up developments valued between up to $80m (Ground up / Renovation) ABOUT THE ROLEOversee and manage all on-site construction activities from pre-construction through project closeoutExecute and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets for projects ranging from $20M–$100MCoordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, inspectors, and suppliers to meet project requirements and proactively resolve issuesReview plans, specifications, and contract documents to ensure compliance with project objectives and quality standardsLead by example in enforcing safety standards, policies, and proceduresFoster and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, and project partnersAttend and actively participate in project meetingsPrepare and submit regular progress, budget, and safety reportsExperience with ground-up and renovation projects in Retail, Healthcare, and Education environmentsABOUT THE CANDIDATEMinimum 5 years of experience in field construction management as a SuperintendentProven experience delivering Healthcare, and/or Education construction projects valued between $20m–$100MStrong leadership, organizational, and team management skillsSolid understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and quality control processesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and relevant construction management software
