This individual will schedule meetings with prospective clients to better understand their needs while helping guide them through the sales process from initial connection to long-term relationship management.This role is ideal for someone who is entrepreneurial, emotionally intelligent, highly organized, and excited about helping scale a growing startup with meaningful impact.This is a part-time, commission-based opportunity with the potential to transition into a full-time leadership role with additional commission opportunities based on team performance as you grow and lead your own sales team.Responsibilities:Generate appointments through proactive outbound prospectingBuild and nurture relationships with affiliate coaches and trainersWork directly with sales and marketing teams to uncover new opportunitiesManage lead communication and follow-up throughout the sales processTrack and organize leads using CRM systemsConvert leads into long-term clients through relationship-based salesMaintain client relationships to support long-term retentionDemonstrate and teach strong selling, communication, and influencing skillsHelp expand partnerships and national business opportunitiesAssist in building and mentoring a future sales team as Vision Expansio growsQualifications:7+ years of experience in business development and sales2+ years of experience in a leadership roleStrong communication, organization, relationship-building, and time management skillsEmotionally intelligent, highly self-aware, and people-orientedSelf-starter with an entrepreneurial mindsetComfortable working in a startup environmentPassion for leadership development, emotional intelligence, personal growth, and human potentialAbility to work independently while collaborating with a growing teamExperience with CRM systems like GoHigh Level and lead management preferredCompensation & Growth Opportunity:Part-time for a 6-Month evaluation PeriodCommission-based compensationLeadership advancement opportunitiesPotential transition into a full-time roleAdditional commission opportunities tied to team growth and performance________________________________________________________________________________________Why Vision ExpansioWe believe in growth & transformation.
