HR Compensation Manager

R+L Carriers is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation Manager to oversee and administer compensation programs across 130 terminal locations. This role is responsible for managing pay structures, ensuring accurate application of automated pay increases, and maintaining compliance with internal policies and compensation strategies. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, advanced Excel skills, and hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud systems.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain compensation structures and pay scales across 134 terminal locationsOversee and review weekly automated pay increases to ensure accuracy and complianceAudit compensation data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues proactivelyPartner with HR, Payroll, and operational leadership to ensure consistent compensation practicesMaintain data integrity within Oracle Cloud and related HRIS systemsDevelop reports, dashboards, and compensation analyses using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft toolsSupport annual compensation planning cycles, merit processes, and market reviewsEnsure compliance with company policies and applicable wage and hour regulationsRecommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in compensation administrationRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in human resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of progressive experience in compensation, HRIS, or payroll administrationStrong working knowledge of Oracle Cloud (HCM preferred)Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting)Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to manage large data sets across multiple locationsExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting multi-location or multi-state operationsExperience working with automated pay adjustment systems
