Marketing Manager | Commercial Construction Marketing & Proposal Lead | South Denver

A well-established, mid-sized General Contractor in the South Denver area is hiring a Marketing Manager to step into an existing, well-run marketing department and take full ownership.This role is open due to a planned transition, creating an opportunity to step in, maintain what is working, and elevate the department moving forward.This is not a training role. You are expected to understand AEC marketing and execute from day one. You’ve done this before in construction or AEC. This is not a pivot role from general marketing.Compensation $80,000 to $100,000 base Full benefits including medical, dental, and 401k Full time with some hybrid flexibility as neededResponsibilities Lead RFQs, RFPs, and proposal development Write, edit, and manage proposals and qualifications packages Support Business Development on pursuit strategy and positioning Own and manage company website and social media platforms Maintain and improve marketing collateral and project sheets Coordinate and attend industry events and client functions Track pipeline, deadlines, and submissions Support leadership with messaging and go to market strategy Identify ways to improve processes, efficiency, and win ratesRequirements AEC marketing experience required Strong writing and proposal development experience Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and pursuits Comfort working directly with leadership and project teams Clear understanding of how marketing and Business Development work together in construction, with a proven track record of supporting pursuits and contributing to winsThe Role You are stepping into a functioning department, not building from scratch. The expectation is ownership, execution, and continuous improvement with leadership support.
