At Modigent companies, we provide expert HVAC, plumbing, piping, ductwork, and related mechanical systems for commercial, industrial, and institutional projects across the U.S. We're seeking a skilled Preconstruction Estimator II to prepare accurate estimates, manage quantity takeoffs, coordinate with suppliers/subcontractors, and support the bid processworking under the guidance of senior preconstruction staff while growing toward leadership roles.
