Process Quality Engineer

We’re seeking to connect a Senior Quality & Process Engineer with a leading company in financial technology on a full time basis. The role is in person and located in Roswell, GA. As a Senior Quality & Process Engineer, you will have the opportunity to join a passionate, motivated team and leverage your expertise in process optimization, business rules engines, and financial systems.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and validate automated workflowsTranslate complex business and regulatory requirements into actionable process flowsEvaluate and optimize rule-based decision systems and financial operationsCommunicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersConduct process analysis and validation to improve efficiency and accuracySupport continuous improvement initiatives across operational workflowsQualifications:Minimum of 4 years of experience in process engineering, quality engineering, or business analysisExperience working within financial services or regulated environmentsStrong understanding of workflow automation and decision modelingExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience in Agile/Scrum environmentsExpected Pay and Benefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance401(k) programIf this role is an ideal fit for you, we want to hear from you.
