Job Description: Outpatient Family Medicine PhysicianWe are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient clinic in a rural Arizona community. The position offers the flexibility of being either a Locum Tenens or Permanent role, providing comprehensive medical care across all ages, from newborns to seniors. The physician will focus on preventive care, health promotion, and disease management, catering to the unique needs of a close-knit, culturally rich, western community.Responsibilities:1. Conduct routine check-ups, examinations, and medical assessments.2. Prescribe and administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments.3. Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention.4. Manage chronic diseases and coordinate care with specialists as needed.5. Maintain detailed patient records and follow-up on test results.6.
