General Laborer

General requirements are manual labor involved with the installation of electrical conduit, water main pipe, and storm sewer pipe. Responsibilities include shoveling of gravel, locating of underground utilities, placement of concrete, and sawing of various types of pipe. General work hours are 7:00am to 5:30pm Monday-Friday and some Saturday work when required. Experience is preferred but we are willing to do on the job training. Qualifications - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor for extended periods of time - Experience working in a warehouse or construction environment is preferred - Basic knowledge of safety procedures and protocols - Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new tasks - Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team - Any relevant certifications or training in manual labor or related fields would be a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 58 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 10 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Overtime Weekends as needed Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Work Location: Multiple locations
