In the Speech Language Pathologist role you will:* Act responsible for a continuum of services providing care to patients with neurological, swallowing, speech-language, cognitive, pragmatic, voice and other cognitive related disorders requiring intervention by a Speech-Language Pathologist through an interdisciplinary approach.* Utilizes rehab process to promote and restore optimal health to well-being of the patient. Assumes personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.Job RequirementsIn addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:Two years of work experience providing direct patient care in an inpatient or outpatient setting preferredPrior use of electronic medical records (EMR), preferredMaster's degree in speech-language therapy with a Certificate of Clinical CompetenceCurrent Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American-Speech-Language-Hearing AssociationCurrent Speech Language Pathologist Certification with the State of ColoradoCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart AssociationPhysical Requirements-Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)This is a PRN SLP role that works varied shifts with a two-weekend-day minimum. We offer a PRN shift differential on top of base for all hours worked and a weekend shift differential for applicable hours.Where You'll WorkFor more than 50 years, St. Anthony North Hospital has delivered optimal health care to the communities of Westminster, Erie, Brighton, Broomfield, Northglenn and Thornton.
