Administrative Assistant – On-SiteLocation: Lancaster, CAPay Rate: $19 per hourDepartment: Human Resources SupportOverview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our on-site HR team in Lancaster, CA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys helping others, and excels at keeping operations organized and efficient.Key Responsibilities: • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department • Assist with onboarding documentation and employee file maintenance • Manage data entry, recordkeeping, and confidential information with accuracy • Support HR with scheduling interviews, meetings, and trainings • Greet and assist employees and visitors in a professional manner • Prepare correspondence, forms, reports, and other HR-related documents • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with internal departments as needed • Handle general office duties such as scanning, filing, and organizingQualifications: • Prior administrative experience required; HR support experience a plus • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to work on-site Monday–Friday in Lancaster, CA • Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesBenefit offerings: include medical, dental, vision, additional voluntary benefits, 401K plan.
