BDR is seeking a Data Manager to join our growing team! This position will be performed onsite in Washington DC or Reston, VA working on EST time schedule. This position requires US Citizenship with an active Top-Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility.

Role Overview
BDR is seeking a Data Manager to join our growing team! This position will provide research, development, enhancement, and sustainment support to modernize defense intelligence collection platforms by evaluating, optimizing, and integrating current and future efforts, identifying critical gaps and requirements, applying new and advanced methods, and advancing enterprise governance.
Responsibilities
Responsible for enterprise-level data management, including data governance, policy, standard, catalog as well as architecture and data engineering
Analyze and make recommendations across data management domains, such as data governance, data strategy, data architecture, metadata management, data requirements, data engineering, data quality, and data integration
Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to understand and capture customer data and analytic requirements
Assess new and existing systems and technologies as well as document data sources, technologies, and analytics products
Required Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, applied mathematics, or other related discipline
TS/SCI clearance
7+ years of demonstrated experience working at the national level on strategic data management projects and documentation
7+ years of demonstrated experience working with SharePoint and database services
5+ years of demonstrated experience working with DoD and Intelligence Community (IC) data frameworks and programming languages (e.g., R, Python, SQL)
5+ years of demonstrated experience with CI/HUMINT functional processes
Desired Skills and Qualifications
5+ years working in an intelligence agency environment
3+ years of experience implementing data management frameworks in cloud environments
Demonstrated knowledge and familiarity of business management practices, including business process improvement
Demonstrated experience supporting data analytics project initiatives from ideation to proof of concepts
In addition, U.S Citizenship is required. Select applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and be able to obtain a government-granted security clearance.
