Comprehensive Benefits package that includes:Competitive WageMedical/Dental/Life InsuranceFlexible spending accounts – Cafeteria 125 Plan401K PlanAccrued personal days – 20 days per yearSummary: Performs all accounts receivable activities for all entities under supervision by Commonwealth by performing the following duties, personally or through subordinate supervisors.Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include The FollowingPrimary duty is Account Receivables:Sort checksEnter rent checks on ledgersScan rent checks into the bankDo bank reconciliation for all accounts under Commonwealth management, including the CRES and CHS accounts.Scan bills that come in the mail.Reconcile Visa statements for all current card holders and ensures all transactions are recorded and recouped as necessary.Participate in internal audits involving review of accounting and administrative controls.Occasionally will perform accounts payable duties of paying bills whether regular, auto, ACH, or credit card.QualificationsOther duties may be assigned.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
