Required Skills6+ years of experience with Semantic HTML5, CSS, and SASS.6+ years of experience implementing WCAG 2.2 Level AA, ARIA standards, and color contrast compliance.6+ years of experience with keyboard navigation and focus management for accessible web applications.6+ years of experience performing screen reader testing using NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver.6+ years of experience using accessibility auditing tools such as axe DevTools and WAVE.6+ years of experience developing applications using Angular.6+ years of experience working with MVC .NET Frameworks.6+ years of experience applying web standards and industry best practices.6+ years of strong technical communication skills, including collaboration with cross-functional teams.Preferred Qualifications6+ years of experience working with established design systems or wrapper components.Direct experience utilizing or extending the U.S. Web Design System (USWDS).Foundational understanding of User Experience (UX) principles and modern design workflows.Strong attention to accessibility, usability, and responsive web design best practices.
