You can see some of our favorite projects here.Start your journey with OBE and help us build the future.Here's What You'll Get To DoMaintain broad knowledge of product offerings and services of the organization.Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy and be an advocate for the customer.Accurate processing and data entry of phone, fax, and e-mail orders in accordance with cut off times and other time constraints.Coordinate between sales and production to meet customer deadlines.Maintain good communication channels with product and support staff.Small project coordination/management.Communicate with customers to determine expected delivery date and time.Coordinate and resolve product or service problems.What We're Looking ForA minimum of 1 year previous customer service experience in customer facing roleA minimum of 1-2 years experience in construction or manufacturing industry in any settingSelf-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, customer phone calls, prioritize workload and work with minimal supervision.Strong computer skills, extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite a must, including Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint; experience with EPICOR is a plus.Strong organizational and listening skills; positive work attitude.Strong attention to detailNeed to have good working knowledge of fabrication and installation to have a good understanding of customer needs.Great ability to work in a team environment and independentlyMust be able to communicate effectively and professionally (oral and written)Ability to read, interpret, and understand architectural drawings, and specifications is a plus.Knowledge of aluminum glazing systems and their applications.Capable of working overtime when required.Occasional visits to the plant floor require following all plant safety rules.What OBE Offers YouBenefits that benefit you - industry competitive benefits at the lowest cost to the employeeWork-life balance - PTO and holidays, including floating holidays you can chooseCompensation that rewards your hard work - A pay-for-performance culture with potential for annual raises and bonusesTraining - We will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeedOBE Privacy Policy
