Fulfillment Specialist

Fulfillment SpecialistEmbark on your journey as a Full-time Fulfillment Specialist, where you'll take charge of delivering excellence by replenishing inventory solutions and managing our industry leading vending program. If you thrive on being on the move, this role offers a dynamic local route, servicing customer needs daily. From making deliveries, to performing replenishments of our managed inventory programs, and maintaining equipment, you'll be at the forefront of our innovative solutions. This position is for our branch located at 11044 Industrial Cir NW, Elk River, MN 55330.The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Making deliveries with a company vehicle to fulfill inventory at customer sitesPerforming replenishment and general maintenance of vending equipmentInteracting with our customers while making deliveriesPlacing and fulfilling orders at customer sitesPerforming other duties as needed to ensure branch successThe following skills and qualifications are required for this position:18 years of age or older, due to the nature of workPossess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as neededProficient written and oral communication skillsProficient computer skillsLearn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environmentDemonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilitiesHighly motivated, self directed and customer service orientedDemonstrate attention to detail and strong sense of urgencyWork independently as well as in a team environmentDemonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamworkLift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbsPass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)Previous customer service or industry related work experience is preferred.Our mission within Fastenal's School of Business is to collaboratively maximize the potential of each employee by consistently providing efficient, effective, and engaging learning opportunities to drive improved work performance. The pay range for this position is $36,000 - $43,200.
