Our client is a global life sciences company. They are working through CPS to hire a 2nd shift Production Supervisor for their facility just east of Los Angeles. This facility has very little turnover! This job is open due to internal movement within the organization.Production Supervisor/Production Manager/Operations Supervisor/Shift Lead/Manufacturing Lead/Manufacturing Supervisor/Production Shift Manager/Operations Shift Supervisor/Shift Team Lead/Production Area Manager/As the Production Supervisor responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Providing leadership to an operations crew of 5-10 operators on shiftSpearhead continuous improvement and process improvement effortsEnsure adherence to all safety measures and regulatory complianceMonitor equipment and process to ensure quality products are produced. Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues.Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)Ensure attendance policies and PTO approvals are maintained.
