Senior Backend Engineer

Preferred Employment: OPEN FOR W2Typescript or Scala/Java, DynamoDB, DocumentDB, Kafka, Redis, AWS skills, Datadog, Splunk or similar SRE tools. Experience: 8+ years We are looking for a senior engineer who owns end-to-end delivery of backend services—from design to production. The role involves building scalable, high-performance microservices using Node.js and TypeScript, designing distributed systems, and making sound architectural decisions. The ideal candidate has strong experience with AWS (EKS/ECS, Lambda, S3, SQS), Kafka-based event-driven systems, and databases like MongoDB, DynamoDB, and Redis. You should be comfortable with system design, performance optimization, monitoring (Datadog/Splunk), and production support with an SRE mindset. Familiarity with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and proactive system improvement is expected. This is a highly ownership-driven role requiring critical thinking, initiative, and collaboration across teams.
