Initiate proactive communication regarding order and shipment status while building long-term relationships. This position requires a high level of professionalism, including written, oral, and system skills.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION (Other duties may be assigned.):1 hour of daily phone time. 1 hour of daily phone time.Ability to build business relationships with accounts and Sales Reps.Review weekly open order report for their territory to:Minimize past cancel orders.Be proactive in all aspects of the orders within their territoryRegular communication with the Sales Rep. in their territory by:Continuously keeping the Sales Rep. informed of all necessary changes and/or updates to any of their customer's ordersInvolve the Sales Rep. in all necessary situations regarding their customersAssist Sales Rep. on a timely basis, with any reports, inquiries, problem-solving, etc., relating to their customer ordersAccurately input and audit all orders and returns for their territory.Partner with multiple departments to ensure customer expectations are met.Maintain accurate account information.Participate in training and meetings as requiredPosition Requirements & QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty successfully.
