Cycle Counting Coordinator

Job SummarySupport the Cycle Counting department and the plant by performing timely and accurate system transactions.Essential FunctionsProcess a high volume of cycle-counting transactions in our warehouse management system, including generating cycle-counting reports, entering cycle-counting data, variance reports, etc. Process basic production adjustment transactions Process material transfer requests Monitor and maintain inventory management reports as neededHelps out in processing miscellaneous transactions as neededParticipate in special projects as neededFile various Cycle counting, auditing, and accounting reports as needed Other duties as required EducationEducation, Experience, Skill RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required ExperiencePreferred experience working within Shipping, Receiving, or WarehousingGreat communication skills, verbal and writtenExperience with Microsoft Word and ExcelExperience with MRP/ERP systemsSkillsMust be able to prioritize, organize, and have good follow-up skills.Must be detail-oriented and able to communicate effectively (written and verbal).Excellent problem-solving skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office.A strong self-motivator with the desire to learn.
