Executive Assistant

Randstad is seeking an Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO. This high-visibility role is crafted for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who excels in high-stakes environments. The ideal candidate is an adaptable problem-solver who operates with exceptional autonomy and judgment, ensuring seamless operational efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of discretion and professional integrity.Location: In-office in North Las VegasCompensation: $85K - $95K+, plus amazing benefits including unlimited PTO & 401K 3% match.Responsibilities:Own and manage complex calendars for the CEO, strategically prioritizing high-impact engagements and protecting time for core business objectives.Track action items for all high-level leadership meetings; curate relevant context, pre-reads, and briefing materials to ensure the CEO is fully prepared. Outline meeting structures and create comprehensive agendas for internal and external events involving the CEO.Coordinate intricate domestic and international travel for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.Build robust trip briefs so the CEO arrives informed and ready for every engagement, regardless of time zone or location.Serve as a professional liaison between the CEO and key stakeholders, including investors, board members, and strategic partners.Handle the CEO's sensitive correspondence and external outreach with absolute discretion and an unwavering commitment to confidentiality.Support the CEO's cross-functional initiatives by coordinating stakeholders, tracking milestones, and removing logistical barriers to success.Manage the CEO's expense reporting and invoice processing with precision and timeliness.Work seamlessly as part of the broader executive administrative team to share best practices and ensure organizational alignment with the CEO's vision.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree required.Minimum of 4+ years of dedicated experience as an Executive Assistant, specifically supporting C-suite or senior-level leadership in a high-stakes environment.Expert-level proficiency in the full Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams) to manage complex scheduling, data reporting, and presentations.Exceptional written and verbal skills with the ability to conduct independent research and distill complex information into clear, executive-ready messaging.A proactive professional capable of taking initiative and making high-level decisions aligned with executive guidance and broader organizational goals.Superior organizational skills with a meticulous eye for detail and a "no task too small" commitment to total administrative support.Proven ability to manage shifting priorities and maintain poise under pressure while navigating evolving business needs.
