The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for all visitors, employees, and vendors. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, proactive, and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist all visitors in a courteous and professional mannerAnswer and route phone calls to appropriate departments or staff membersHandle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveriesMaintain a tidy and organized reception areaDirect visitors to the appropriate person or department.Ensures that all employees are using their badges to gain entry into the office. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception deskPlace orders for office and kitchen supplies and maintain & organize the supply room. Ensures that all Visitors sign in on the Electronic Check-in Device. Manage and update calendars, and schedule meetings and appointments for staffTake accurate messages and ensure they are delivered to the correct recipients.Manage conference room reservationsMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionSupport other departments as needed with clerical tasks and coordinationSkillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to interact with various levels of staff and external guestsProfessional appearance and demeanorAbility to multitask and manage time effectivelyHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailFriendly, dependable, and customer service-orientedRequirements1- 2 years of experience in an office environment performing receptionist and administrative functions. High School Diploma or Associate’s DegreeAbility to proficiently use standard office equipment and softwareSalary offered will be at the discretion of the Company and based on a candidate’s qualifications.
