Solution Architect (OutSystems)

Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale applications built on the OutSystems platform and enhanced with Agentic AI capabilities. This role will drive architecture decisions, integration strategies, governance frameworks, and AI-enabled digital transformation initiatives while collaborating closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering leaders. Scope Of Work & Key Responsibilities Define and own the overall solution architecture for OutSystems-based enterprise applications. Design scalable and secure solutions leveraging Agentic AI, Generative AI, and intelligent automation technologies. Architect cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure. Design and govern API integrations, microservices, and enterprise application connectivity. Establish architecture standards, security controls, and governance practices. Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Review technical designs, implementation approaches, and delivery plans. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance to development teams. Support Agile delivery practices and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards. Drive innovation through adoption of AI-powered workflows and emerging technologies. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline. 10+ years of experience in solution architecture and enterprise application design. Strong expertise in OutSystems architecture, development, and deployment. Experience with Agentic AI, Generative AI, AI Agents, and intelligent automation solutions. Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services and cloud-native architecture patterns. Experience designing APIs, integrations, and microservices-based solutions. Strong understanding of enterprise security, governance, and compliance requirements. Proven leadership experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and distributed teams. Experience delivering solutions within Agile and Scrum environments.
