Classroom Assistants supports the mission of The Bear Creek School by helping create a nurturing, predictable, and supportive environment for students. In this role, Classroom Assistants partner with teachers by providing instructional support as directed, assisting with logistical tasks, and contributing to the overall operation of the school through supervision in shared spaces such as the playground and cafeteria.
