If you enjoy creating spaces that leave a lasting impression, we'd love to have you on board.Key Responsibilities of the RoleMaintaining grounds and grounds equipment including:Mowing and TrimmingTrimming ShrubsWateringGrounds clean-up, including but not limited to picking up sticks and trashBlowing off parking lots and sidewalksPulling weedsEdging walks and mulching bedsInstalling new landscapesPower WashingAssist in cleanup and maintenance of equipment, shop space, and campusClears debris and maintains drives and walkways in safe conditionAssisting with other special projects throughout Central InsuranceRequired QualificationsAble to lift 50 lbs.Stamina to be on feet 100% of the timeValid driver's licensePreferred QualificationsPast professional lawn care experienceKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesPossesses verbal and written communication skillsPossesses multi-tasking and prioritization skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to understand Central Insurance's policies and processesWork AuthorizationCentral will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
