Duties - Provide nail care services to clients, including manicures, pedicures, and nail extensions - Perform nail art and design according to client preferences - Sanitize and maintain all tools and equipment used during nail services - Educate clients on proper nail care and recommend appropriate products for at-home maintenance - Keep up-to-date with current nail trends and techniques - Maintain a clean and organized work area Skills - Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs - Proficiency in retail sales to promote and sell nail care products - Knowledge of body waxing, esthetic laser treatment, and dermabrasion techniques is a plus - Basic knowledge of barbering techniques for male clients is a plus - Understanding of retail math principles for accurate pricing and transactions - Familiarity with color theory for nail art and design Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $60.00 per hour Expected hours: 12 – 36 per week Benefits: 401(k) matching Employee discount Flexible schedule Free parking On-the-job training Referral program Tools provided Shift: 4 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
