We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated servers to join our team. **Position Overview:** As a server at The Table, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our guests. You will be responsible for ensuring that every dining experience is enjoyable, whether our patrons are here for a casual lunch or a post tee time dinner. **Responsibilities:** - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. - Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring guest preferences are accommodated. - Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about food and beverage offerings. - Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. - Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any issues or concerns. - Process payments and handle cash transactions with accuracy. - Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations. - Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies. **Qualifications:** - 1-2 years previous experience in a serving role is required. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service. - Must be at least 18 years old and possess a MAST Permit. - Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. **Why Join Us?** At The Table, located at the Palouse Ridge Golf Club, we believe in fostering a positive work environment where our team members can thrive.
