Assistant Director of Enrollment Operations
As part of a diverse community of faculty and staff representing many faith systems and worldviews, Marian University in Indianapolis invites applications for a full-time staff position as an Assistant Director of Enrollment Operations who will support our Catholic Franciscan mission and identity by leading tactical enrollment operations, including CRM administration, system integration, reporting, and project coordination, to support efficient and scalable enrollment processes. It also ensures accurate system configuration, operational reporting, and the successful implementation of process improvements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Actively engage the Catholic Franciscan mission and identity of Marian University by modeling the Franciscan Sponsorship Values and honoring the legacy of the founding congregation through transformative education, unity in diversity, leadership through service, integrating faith and life, and institutional policies
Support CRM workflows, forms, communications, and automation tasks (20%)
Coordinate operational projects such as automation, data cleanup, and system enhancements (20%)
Develop reports, dashboards, and operational metrics for enrollment leadership (20%)
Train staff, coordinate testing, and support system releases or upgrades (20%)
Recommend process improvements and operational efficiencies (10%)
Exercises independent judgment regarding system configuration, reporting logic, and operational project execution within established governance and policy.
May supervise coordinators, analysts, or student workers and provide functional leadership for operational initiatives.
Limited operational spending authority related to systems, projects, or process support.
Impacts system reliability, reporting accuracy, operational scalability, and enrollment decision-making.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree; 3-7+ years of experience in CRM/SIS administration, data analysis, or enrollment operations.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced technical expertise or project leadership experience.
