The role involves gathering business requirements, translating them into functional designs, configuring Maximo modules, and ensuring solutions align with client business processes.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholdersConfigure and customize IBM Maximo modules (Asset, Work Order, PM, Inventory, Purchasing, etc.)Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designsSupport Maximo implementations, upgrades, and rolloutsConduct system testing (SIT/UAT) and support user acceptance testingProvide user training, documentation, and post-go-live supportWork closely with technical consultants on integrations, reports, and workflowsTroubleshoot functional issues and recommend process improvementsEnsure compliance with best practices and Maximo standards
