Junior Architectural Design Position/ CAD Draftsman

ANTEFIXE USA LLC seeks to hire an Entry Level (1-4 Years' Experience)ANTEFIXE USA LLC is part of Antefixe Group, a French Architectural firm specialised in Luxury Retail based in Paris, Dubai, Riyadh, and New York.Currently, we have an immediate opening for an Architectural Design Intern and Entry-level Architects. This is a paid part-time position with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role based on performance. The position is located at company NYC Office in the garment district.Responsibilities:·       Primary role is drawing production and coordination.·       Assist with the production of Design Development, Construction Documents and Filing sets.·       Assist with the selection of building materials and FF&E, as well as create schedules for same.·       Assist with Construction Administration of projects including issuing sketches and RFIs, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and compiling Close-out documents. Requirements:·       Must be currently residing in the greater NYC area.·       Full legal authorization to work in the US is essential (relocation not provided).
