Position: Talent Engagement SpecialistLocation: Ontario, CAPay: $28 to $31/hour (Depending on experience)Experience: 1 year of customer service and administrative experience.Type: Full-time; Direct HreSchedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00am to 3:00pm and 8:00am to 5:00pmLogic Staffing is seeking a Talent Engagement Specialist to join our team!Job DescriptionComplete daily submission and tracking of all new hire credentials and compliance documentation.Audit, update, and maintain accurate records for New Starts, Compliance, and related reporting data.Submit and track all employee extension requests upon reaching the 90-day mark.Communicate proactively and collaborate closely with the office administration team on staffing and operational needs.Prepare and distribute weekly offboarding reports to ensure timely employee deactivation.Participate in weekly and monthly strategy meetings with the office administration team to review processes and operational updates.Process approved employee transfer upload requests and ensure accurate system updates.Troubleshoot account and system issues with superusers and provide ongoing operational support as needed.Monitor and manage payroll processes daily, including reviewing, updating, and approving timesheets, Oasis 90-day auto-closures, and TCP bill rate updates.Support onboarding, offboarding, HR processes, client events, invoicing, reporting, new hire confirmations, conversions, and additional operational projects as assigned.Other projects and duties as assigned.
