In this role you will provide SETA support services to the Research, Engagement, and Data Exploitation Office to include administrative, logistical, and technical support. This will include providing templates, summary notes, and dashboard views for leadership and governance meetings, as well as expertise in areas such as budget execution, contract management, technical architecture, and data management.Some of the responsibilities includeMake Confluence updates to include managing briefing dashboards for senior management and highlights for the departmentRefresh data metrics usage in our systems using dashboards and data catalog information and TableauSupport Chief of Staff and other team members with creation of a monthly AI Newsletter using various systems to collect relevant AI Articles of interestSupport Chief of Staff and other team members in development and maintaining SOPs for FO management functions and processesParticipate in working and data community groups and coordinate feedback and department input to data initiatives and effortsProvide support as a data steward representative to manage catalog records as well as verify usage of data for missionProvide systems engineer support to both Data Operation and AI Efforts in the departmentCreate and maintain architecture artifacts in the department to include diagrams and documentation at the high level for the departmentTake notes at meetings in terms of key takeaways and actions/next stepsQualificationsMust currently hold a TS/SCI and Poly in order to be considered for the positionBachelor’s Degree preferred, but commensurate experience can be substituted for the degree Minimum of 14 years of relevant experienceExpert level data backgroundKnowledge of the data management lifecycle to include experience in customer Data Management Tools and ProcessesKnowledge of data models and the Extract Transform Load (ETL) data processExperience in Project Management of IT Systems is a plusGood communication and writing skills, and the ability to prepare briefings for a varied audience Strategic, Management, and/or Technical Ability to support both Operational and AI efforts in the department with management and technical team members
