In this role, you'll work on a variety of commercial systems, delivering expert diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs that keep our customers' businesses running efficiently.What You'll DoDiagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, split systems, heat pumps, boilers, and chillersPerform preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability and peak performanceTroubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issuesRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manualsWork with building automation systems (BAS) and controls as applicableCommunicate clearly with customers, property managers, and internal teamsProvide detailed service documentation, recommendations, and estimatesMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work environmentParticipate in an on-call rotation as neededWhat We're Looking For3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience preferredStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities across a range of systemsEPA Certification requiredExperience with controls/BAS systems preferredValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to work independently and manage multiple service callsComfortable working on rooftops, in mechanical rooms, and in varying weather conditionsStrong communication and customer service skillsWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experience (hourly + overtime + performance incentives)Company vehicle, tools, and uniformsMedical, dental, and vision benefitsPaid time off and holidaysOngoing technical training and career advancement opportunitiesStable, year-round work with a growing companySupportive team culture that values safety and qualityWhy Energy Savers?
