You'll be running our wide-format printers, plotters, and laminating equipment from start to finish. You'll own the quality of what goes out the door and help keep our materials stocked and our production schedule on track. This is a hands-on role with room to grow as we do.You don't have to be taught to care about quality. You just do.---WHAT YOU'LL DO- Operate wide-format printers, plotters, and laminating equipment- Inspect and quality-check all finished output before it ships or installs- Monitor and order materials and supplies to keep production running- Support light production scheduling and job sequencing- Maintain equipment and flag issues early- Work closely with the sales and install teams to meet client deadlines---WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR- 2+ years of experience in print production or a sign and graphics environment- Hands-on experience with wide-format or grand-format printing equipment- Strong attention to detail and a high personal standard for quality- Ability to manage multiple jobs and stay organized under a production schedule- Reliable, communicative, and a good teammate---NICE TO HAVE- Experience with HP wide-format printers (Latex series or similar)- Familiarity with Onyx or Flexi RIP software- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator for basic file prep---WHAT WE OFFER- $20 - $25/hr depending on experience- Monday through Friday schedule- A team that works hard, does good work, and genuinely cares about the result- Room to grow with a company that's scaling---To apply, submit your resume and a brief note about your print production experience.
