Top Secret Clearance Required | Hybrid | 5 Yrs | Sep/Oct Start | ACES is seeking Planning, Programming, Budget, Execution (PPBE) Analyst to support DoD CIO. Hybrid Work requires TOP SECRET CLEARANCE on 5-Year Contract at offices in the Mark Center, Pentagon, and Crystal City. Work involves PPBE efforts advising on budgets for IT and cyberspace activities and developing budget tracking processes. Email resume to info@ACESGroup.com QUALIFICATIONS Clearance: Active Top Secret Education/Experience: Bachelors degree in field related to tasking with 5 Years of general experience Technical: Proficiency in DoD PPBE processes such as budget formulation, execution, and certification requirements, financial analysis, budget tracking, and variance identification with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 to include Office, MS Teams, and SharePoint Online a plus. Communication: Requires excellent communication skills and relentless attention to detail OPPORTUNITY Contract Length: 5 years Work Location: Mark Center, Pentagon, Crystal City Telework: In office 2-3 days per week/as required rest telework Start Date: Two weeks RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in DoD CIO CAEO PPBE efforts by advising on internal budget formulation and execution. Support annual budget certification requirements under 10 U.S.C. Section 142. Aid in the development and publication of annual Capability Programming Guidance. Contribute to the formulation of budgets for information technology and cyberspace activities. Review and analyze current budget plans and historical data to provide recommendations for improvements. Develop and implement processes for tracking and managing budget execution. Conduct regular financial analyses to assess budget performance and identify variances. Ensure all budget activities comply with relevant regulations and internal policies. Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders regarding budget status and financial performance. Support efforts to ensure DoD Cyber capabilities align with all DoD CIO programmatic and budget guidance.
