Program Manager Product Development

This is a 6 months hybrid role in Tualatin, 3 days a week - work from office. Top Skills:Project/Program Management experience in product developmentPlanview experienceCross-functional project management and coordination, including experience working across hardware, mechanical, electrical, and software disciplinesEducation:Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 6+ years’ experience; or a PhD with 3+ years’ experience; or equivalent experience.Formal project management training such as PMP certification is a plus.Qualifications:Knowledge of Program Management methods and experience in Product Development & Release (PDR) procedures.6+ years of continuous improvement or technical program management.Experience guiding cross-functional teams and demonstrating leadership and influence skills to deliver results.Excellent communication and executive presentation skills with the ability to present to audiences at all levels in the Company.Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.Experience is product design or direct involvement with Engineering for product development.Familiarity with project management software and tools including Planview, MS Project, QuickBase, Office Timeline, or equivalent. Planview experience is highly preferred.Formal project management training such as PMP certification is a plus.Experience in or knowledge of Semiconductor fabrication, Semiconductor Equipment Operations, or related industries is a plus.Experience in Lean Six Sigma methodology or certification (Green Belt, Black Belt) is a plus.Knowledge of Change Management methodologies is a plus.Responsibilities:Manages the development and implementation process of a company’s products and services. Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing products.Monitors the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending.Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project i.e. product on schedule and within budget constraints.
