Construction Laborer

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in various construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that work sites are safe and organized. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Responsibilities - Assist in the preparation and clean-up of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials. - Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. - Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team. - Support skilled tradespeople with tasks such as framing, drywall installation, or roofing as needed. - Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials. - Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. - Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met efficiently. Experience - Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred. - Familiarity with basic construction tools and safety practices is an advantage. - Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
