Job Overview:Location: 6135 Anderson Mill Rd,Moore,South Carolina,29369Shift and Schedule: This position supports the Spartanburg team and works Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility to provide additional coverage outside of scheduled hours, including weekends and holidays, may be required as needed.The Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist provides technical safety, health, and environmental support across the facility. This role partners with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, HR, IT, Finance, Facilities, and Manufacturing teams to drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and company standards.The EHS Specialist will support the implementation of safety policies, procedures, training programs, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives while promoting employee engagement and accountability in workplace safety.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain safety, health, and environmental programs and policies to ensure OSHA and EPA complianceIdentify workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions and control measuresAssist with accident investigations, safety inspections, and compliance audits while driving timely corrective actionsPromote employee involvement in safety initiatives and at-risk behavior preventionConduct regular facility inspections and environmental auditsDeliver instructor-led safety and environmental training programsDevelop site-specific safety training materials, lesson plans, and documentationMonitor and communicate safety performance metrics, trends, and compliance dataMaintain organized and accurate safety and environmental recordsSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, ergonomics, and environmental complianceEnsure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standardsPartner cross-functionally to support plant-wide EHS initiativesFollow all Keurig Dr Pepper policies and proceduresPerform additional duties as assignedTotal Rewards:Targeted annual compensation range of $72,000 - $87,000.This is a salaried, exempt position paid biweekly. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
