The rest are treatment patients & follow ups. • Rounding Included: Yes; No daily rounding; Just 1-2 hrs • Support Staff: 1 NP; Tumor board participation: yes • Specialty Backup: 1 virtual hematologist • % of Practice: 2/3 onc, 1/3 hem • Case Mix: - Typical lung, breast, protate, colorectal & some outliers (community ctr), some blood cancers sent out. DO not provide IP chemo; Just OP. Targeted therapies onboarded at tertiary center typically. • Duties: - Support hospitals with IP & ER consultation/patient care guidance related to Hem/Onc - May take secure chats from hospital during clinic hrs.
