Nurse Practitioner (Psychiatry / Medication Management) – Flexible, In-Office Role
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our psychiatric practice in a flexible, collaborative role with a primary focus on in-office coverage for Spravato patients. This position is well suited for an NP who values autonomy, maintains another practice or role, and is interested in predictable, compensated in-office time with optional patient care opportunities.
Core Responsibilities
In-office presence during Spravato treatment hours (schedule coordinated to match patient needs and candidate availability)
Participation in initial Spravato intakes, with the opportunity to assume greater responsibility over time
General clinical availability in the office during Spravato hours
Optional: see your own medication management patients while in the office
The Spravato schedule can be structured collaboratively to align with the availability of a strong candidate. The role may involve being in the office up to four days per week, depending on patient volume and mutual preference.
Compensation Structure (Flexible & Negotiable)
We are open to multiple compensation models, depending on the candidate’s practice structure and time commitment:
Overhead-sharing model:
Use of office space and clinical infrastructure at a low overhead rate (~20%) while seeing your own patients
OR
Guaranteed weekly compensation:
$1,000 per week for required in-office presence, for candidates working primarily elsewhere(teleprovider)
Compensation is negotiable and may vary based on experience, responsibilities, and schedule.
Required Qualifications
Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Comfortable covering in-office interventional psychiatry services, including Spravato
Reliable and able to maintain consistent in-office presence during scheduled Spravato hours (this is the primary requirement)
Interest in a flexible, evolving role within a physician-led practice
