Marketing Assistant – Content & Social Media (In-Person, Full-Time) Company: Ryze Party Job Type: Full-Time Location: In-Person (on-site) About Ryze Party Ryze Party is a fast-growing, women-empowered jewelry brand known for surprise reveals, LIVE selling, and exclusive in-house designs. We are highly visual, trend-driven, and creative and we’re looking for someone who can help bring our brand to life through content, photography, and social media. Job Overview We are seeking a full-time, in-person Marketing Assistant to support our content creation, social media presence, and professional photo shoots. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone creative, organized, and excited to work in a fast-paced brand environment. You will be responsible for capturing product photos and videos, assisting with professional model photo shoots, and supporting our social media and marketing efforts. Responsibilities Content Creation Take high-quality photos and videos of jewelry products for social media, website, and marketing Capture short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, behind-the-scenes, product features) Edit photos and videos using tools like CapCut, Canva, Lightroom, etc. Photo Shoot Support Assist with planning and executing professional model photo shoots Work directly with photographers, models, and stylists Prepare products, manage shot lists, and help with styling Ensure visuals align with Ryze Party’s brand aesthetic Social Media Support Assist with posting, scheduling, and caption writing Monitor engagement and respond to comments when needed Stay current on trends and suggest content ideas Support launches, promotions, and LIVE events Marketing & Brand Support Organize and manage photo/video assets Assist with marketing campaigns and product launches Maintain brand consistency across all platforms Support additional marketing projects as needed Qualifications Strong interest in marketing, social media, and content creation Comfortable taking photos and videos (phone or camera) Basic photo and video editing skills Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Creative eye for lighting, composition, and trends Organized, reliable, and able to work in-person full-time Passion for fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle brands is a plus What We’re Looking For Someone creative and dependable Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Willing to learn, take feedback, and grow with the brand A team player who takes pride in their work Why Work With Ryze Party Full-time, in-person creative role Work directly with leadership Hands-on experience in a growing brand Opportunity for growth within the marketing team Jewelry perks ✨ How to Apply Please include: Resume or relevant work experience Links to social media accounts or content you’ve created (if available) A brief note explaining why you’d be a great fit for Ryze Party Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Work Location: In person
