Job Description Position: School Speech-Language PathologistWe are currently looking for a committed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join our team in the Houston, TX area for the remainder of the academic year.Since 2004, our organization has been a reliable provider of pediatric therapy and educational staffing solutions, connecting enthusiastic professionals with fulfilling opportunities in schools and clinics.CompensationHourly pay rate up to $50 based on experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute personalized education and treatment plans for students whose communication abilities are affected by developmental differences, disabilities, or injuries.Provide therapy exclusively to students; no assessments or evaluations will be conducted.Organize, maintain, and file all necessary physical and digital documentation, including case records, test results, and statistical data.Adhere to policies set forth by federal and state laws, as well as local educational regulations regarding psychological services, assessment, and special education planning.Follow all district and campus-specific routines and regulations.Oversee SLP assistants or interns in accordance with district protocols and guidelines from the Texas Board of Examiners in Speech-Language Pathology and the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.QualificationsMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.Valid Texas license in speech-language pathology issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association is preferred.Working ConditionsPosition duration: ASAP to May 30th.BenefitsComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.Housing allowance with a weekly per diem for eligible travelers.Reimbursement for credentialing costs related to licensure and certification.Retirement savings plan with a 4% match, vested immediately.Weekly pay with direct deposit for your convenience.Join us in making a difference in the lives of students and enhancing their communication skills!
